<p>先ずは、右バンパー固定用のボルト穴の補修をします。位置出しをして切り取った後、M8の大きめのワッシャを熔接して補修しました。</p>

<p>続いて、右エアーダクト入り口の熔接しろがサビ腐食で殆ど無くなってしまっているので、先日部品取りから摘出したパネルを削り合せ熔接しました。</p>

<p>この後、来客対応などで集中出来そうにも無かったので、Frカウルの熔接跡を削りならす事にしました。</p>

<p>内側の熔接跡から削り始め、粗方終了しました。</p>

<p>そして表面の熔接跡を削り始め、エプロンパネル部の一部を残し、8割方熔接跡を削り均したところで時間切れと成り、9日の作業は終了です。</p>]]>

<p>父はリヤ、佑さんはフロントと分担してシートベルトの取り付けをします。Rrシートベルトのアンカー部は、ボデーが'63なのでアダプターナットの取り付けが必要と成ります。</p>

<p>そしてシートベルトは、カーペットと合わせて、カラーをアーモンドを選択しました！</p>

<p>次に、サフェの乾燥硬化を確認した後Frカウルをボディーに被せて、左Frフェンダー裾部のサビ腐食部の補修をします。型紙をボンデ鋼板にトレースし切り出し形成し、ボディー側のサビ腐食部を切り取ります。</p>

<p>粗研ぎ後、もう一度アルミパテを塗り付けました。気温が大分下がってパテの硬化乾燥が遅いので、ジェットヒーターで暖め効果を促進させます。</p>

<p>先ずは状態確認をし、オーナー様に用意して頂いたエプロンパネルを当てて、切り接ぎ位置を確定し、熔接白を残して切り取ります。</p>

<p>エプロンパネルにリブ加工をして、熔接の下準備を済ませた後ロッキングプライヤで位置決め固定し、半自動熔接機で仮止めします。</p>

<p>エプロンパネルの仮熔接の後は、バンパーステー穴周辺の補修をします。今回は、ボディーパネルと同じ厚みの端材から材料を切り出し、穴加工します。</p>

<p>ボディー側に取り付けた写真を撮り忘れましたが、熔接した後、サイドフェンダーを仮組みして確認します。</p>

<p>次に、前日に熔接跡の削り均しまでしてあるロッカーパネル部にアルミパテ用の足付けをし、一部POR-15とガラスクロスを使いサビ穴を補修します。</p>

<p>ヨレヨレだったサイドパネルをハンマーリングで均しましたが、流石に絞りを入れないとパリッとしたパネルに成りそうに無かったので、ガスバーナーで絞りを入れました。</p>

<p>2回のアルミパテの処理で大体に成りました。</p>

<p>続いて、ポリパテの工程を1回で何とか仕上がりました!合わせて周辺のインナーパネルも研ぎ上げました。</p>

<p>先ずは、フェンダー前側ブラケットを本熔接しました。熔接は、荷台の中に入って内側からの熔接なので熔接の火花にビビりながらの作業でした(^_^;)</p>

<p>合わせて、最初の頃に製作し、仮止め状態だった右サイドロッカーパネルも熔接しました。</p>

<p>POR-15やシーラー・Sなどでサビ止め処理をし、エアーダクトを半自動熔接機で熔接します。</p>

<p>次に、インナーパネルとサイドパネル下部のサビ腐食部分の補修をして行きます。</p>

<p>先ずは、インナーパネルの裾の一部をボンデ鋼板で製作し半自動熔接機で熔接し、熔接跡を削り均します。続いてインナーパネルとサイドパネルの補強板をボンデ鋼板で製作し熔接します。こちらは共に錆びていない鉄板同士なのでスポット熔接機で熔接しました。</p>

<p>次に、Frフードを基準に各部の隙間を調整し、左フェンダーの切り接ぎ位置を決め、フランジングツールで加工後に位置決め固定し、左右Frカウル切り接ぎ位置を確定します。</p>

<p>一旦Frカウルを外し、切り接ぎ位置をフランジング加工してロッキングプライヤーで仮組み固定し再度確認し、問題無さそうなので熔接準備をします。</p>

<p>二度とオイル漏れでのやり直しが無い様に、オイルクーラー タワーシールとクランクエンドシールを交換しました。</p>

<p>次に、ヘッドカバーガスケットの交換ついてにロッカーを外しヘッドスタッドの増し締めをします。エンジンスタンドに掛けての作業なので、ドレンプレートを外しエンジンオイルも抜いておきます。</p>

<p>クリーニングしてペイントしたヘッドカバーに新しいガスケットをセットし組付け、一部切れたネジの補修をしてカバー類の組み付けをしました。</p>
<p>カバー類の組付け途中ですが、時間切れと成り、3日の作業は終了です。</p>]]>

<p>先ずは、Frカウルの位置出しの基準と成る、Frフードを仮組みします。三方の隙間を見るとかなりの建付け調整が必要な用です。</p>

<p>ボルト穴だけでは調整的そうにも無いので、ポートパワーなどを使い、前後上下方向に大きくストレスを掛けて、隙間を広めに調整して置きます。</p>

<p>エアーダクトとFrカウルの一部をリベットで仮止めし、ボデーに被せてます。</p>

<p>右フェンダーはボディーから切り離したフェンダーなので、その切り口を基準に仮組み位置調整をし、左フェンダーの切り接ぎ位置は、暫定で切り取ります。そしてFrフードを降ろして各部の位置調整をします。</p>

<p>前回の補修でフードを曲がったFrカウルに合せてしまっている様で、フードセンターが浮き上がる程捻れてしまっている様です(^_^;)　この辺から調整しないと合いそうにありませんね(￣。￣;)</p>
